General Guidlines:

  • Please advise us of any modifications made to your vehicle such as 4x4, lift kits, camper shell, lowered vehicles, etc.
  • Your vehicle may not exceed 7' in height and must have a minimum ground clearence of 4" to safely load and unload your vehicle.
  • Please give us a working telephone number where we may reach you throughout the duration of your vehicle relocation.
  • Make sure your vehicle is operable. If not, please let us know (addition fees will apply).

Preparing your vehicle for Shipment:

  • Make sure your vehicle is ready for the new climate. This includes your engine coolant, trnasmision oil, and other fluids and checking them for leaks
  • Battery must be secure in the mounting bracket.
  • Gas tank should be between an 1/8 and a 1/4 of a tank of gas.
  • Wash your vehicle. A dirty vehicle decreases the ability to perform a quality inspection.
  • All alarm systems must be disconnected, disabled, or turned off.
  • Remove: All radios, cassette decks, cd players, car phones, garage door openers, E-Z Pass, etc. that are not built into your vehicle.
  • Remove: All antennas (or fully retracted), non-permanent luggage racks, bike racks, or ski racks.
  • Remove all personal belongings.
  • Provide us with one set of all keys for the vehicle.
  • Plants and hazardous materials are forbidden by law to be transported.

Vehicle Inspection Requirements:

  • You or your designated representative must be present for the inspection at the time of pick-up and delivery.
  • You or your designated representative must sign the bill of lading and condition report at both origin and destination.
  • You or your designated representative is responsible for confirming your vehicle's condition. (This must be done before the driver leaves the the destination)
  • Our representative will note damage on the bill of lading upon pick-up. In the unlikely event there is addtional damage on delivery, it will be noted by the representative on the bill of lading.
